In a room, there are 5 hats sitting on a table. 3 are white, 2 are black. The lights are off. 3 people go in and put on hats, but clearly cannot see their colour. They walk out of the room, all facing the same direction (so that the first person cannot see anyone else's hat, but the last can see all others). They are all asked (sequentially) to name their hat colour. Only the first person answers (the person who can't see anyone else's).
